Abstract

The monográfico of present work, has the objective, discorrer in SESC Lazer Para's Space the Commercial employee: Possibilities of Expansion. It was diagnosed in the statistical maps ofthe year 2000/2001 ofSESC, the autumn in the index ofthe class the commercial employee in its activities. In this context the subjects ofstudy presents in the healthy work: the one what fatora ofthe he/she eats contributing to the commercial employee's removal in the programming ofthe physical-sporting interests, proposed by SESC Mossoró? Which of the the characteristics of the lazer to program gone back to the physical-sporting interests what interest for the commercial employee? Do donate SESC Mossoró they offer the programming gone back to the commercial employee's needs? Starting from those investigations we organized our work in: The Political Guidelines OfSESC (Field ofthe Education, Health, Culture i Lazer), Contemplating In Lazer (team and attitude, cultural interests and barriers), Lazer in the World Ofthe Work (world globalization and the lazer attn the present team), Methodology (research types, population and sample and, measure instruments), Presentation Ofthe Results and last the Conc1usions plow Recommendations. It is price to show that to be effective, we counted with a research in bibliographical sources for this work, as well as a field research, using as instrument the semi-structured questionnaire.
